But there is undoubtedly another conspiracy and it is perhaps as important and maybe even more important, and that is the Xipho technology conspiracy. The gold, black gold, and silver conspiracy has been ongoing for at least a decade or so and this is also true for the Xipho technology conspiracy. What is Xipho technology? It is my name for the technology that I will bring into the world, which the American [Zionist] elite has long been hellbent on preventing me from doing. Xipho is Greek for the word sword. Xipho technology is the convergence of three technologies: semiconductor/computer technology + internet technology + satellite technology. I conceived this idea about 12 years ago, but the conspiracy is probably ongoing for about 8 years or so. Not surprisingly, this convergence has already taken place, it is operational right now – for killing people and dominating them and stealing from them. The WAM science is now pretty much a very powerful force in the world and we can say with some certainty that the gold, black gold, and silver conspiracy means that central banking is doomed and that central banking will be destroyed, effectively undermined and destroyed during the transition to Phase 3 of human history. The question then is what the Xipho technology conspiracy means. The possible answers to this question are surely in WAM, but it is obviously not fully and completely and definitively answered. The answer or answers are in a discussion, a dialectic, an ongoing dialectic.

The world has changed, indeed in some ways the world is finished, our current world is going to be destroyed – by “creative destruction.” I recently called up a clever guy in Canada to see what he would say this new world will be like. As I said, the world is changing and of course there is actually a third conspiracy – and it is against WAM itself. I would however not necessarily want to call it a “major” conspiracy on the level with the other two. It is open to question just how big the WAM conspiracy is.
