I must admit that I am surprised. I should not be surprised, but I am. The E-6B is no longer flying. The Pentagon appears to have grounded it. Maybe I will see it flying in the next several days or weeks, but I doubt it. It has been about 2 weeks since I have noticed it is no longer flying.

It was about 2 weeks ago that I got a call from a senior international functionary, I won't identify him – unfortunately. Not yet. He and I are going to do an interview. I am pretty much back to my regular [normal] work schedule. I have for the past 45 years [perhaps longer] worked about 16 hours a day. That's average. I almost died of lymphoma about 1 year ago. Actually, I came very close to death. Now I am back to work, and I feel great, perhaps better than ever. I will soon write Part Two of my article on the cancer I got and my brush with death.

History is being made. That is the thesis of my article today. I do not want to appear to be bragging, but it is because of my work, my effort at getting things right. “World Peace” is how CNBC journalists recently put it. They were referring to me, without of course identifying me, as well as referring to the price of oil.

Crude does not seem to want to go up in price – despite all the craziness and conflict in the Middle East. It is stunning, as I have said in a recent 15 Minutes WAM Media, at destructivecapital.com. I really miss my friend Peter Beutel, he would be stunned too. Peter and I were very close and it is a tragedy that he dropped dead of a massive heart attack. In 2012. Peter was a Wall Street oil analyst and frequent contributor to CNBC.

I had warned him about 2 years before he died of a heart attack that he would die. And why did I issue this warning? He told me he was only able to sleep 4 hours a night. He had to sell his business, and the new owner was forcing him to produce 2 reports every 24 hours. I think the owner was Jewish.

I offered to Peter that he could come stay with me and my family at our home in Bodega Bay – but he unfortunately did not take me up on the offer. He died as I expected – and two years after I had warned him. Can I predict the future? Well, I am a medical scientist, at least I know quite a bit about medical science and also the mammal brain. Peter was overweight, to be sure. He probably had high blood pressure. But he was not doing enough sleep function. With the co-morbidity that Peter had, his death was almost certain. Age 56.

I mention Peter Beutel here because we would spend pretty much 45 minutes a day talking the energy markets. Even on weekends. Peter would also talk occasionally to my 2 sons, particularly my oldest. Peter would be so happy to see what is happening now. I had predicted as he did that oil would be rocketing in price. I started this forecast around 2002 or so.

The price of crude oil is very important. It tells you a lot about the world – the state of the world. Right now the price of oil is telling us that world peace is something we can expect in the future – perhaps in the near future. World Peace means that the entente I proposed several years ago is going to happen. The entente is a going to be a trilateral entente.

United States of America + Russia + China.

The Pentagon appears to realize that it is no longer necessary to put the E-6B Mercury up in the air. The E-6B is what exactly?

“The E-6B Mercury is a US Navy aircraft that serves as a communications relay and airborne command post, particularly for nuclear forces. It's a dual-mission aircraft, capable of handling both the TACAMO mission (communicating with nuclear submarines) and the Looking Glass mission (command and control of ground-based nuclear forces). The E-6B replaced the EC-135C in the Looking Glass role and is based on the Boeing 707 airframe.

Key Functions of the E-6B:

TACAMO (Take Charge and Move Out) Mission:

The E-6B acts as a crucial link between the National Command Authority (president and secretary of defense) and the US nuclear triad, including submarines. It uses a VLF communication system with trailing wire antennas to communicate with submarines, even those submerged.

Looking Glass Mission:

The E-6B can also act as a mobile command post for ground-based nuclear forces, including the ability to remotely launch Minuteman ICBMs, in the event that ground-based command centers are disabled.

Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3):

The E-6B provides survivable, reliable, and endurable NC3 for the president, secretary of defense, and U.S. Strategic Command.

Additional Details

The E-6B is operated by two Navy squadrons: Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron (VQ) 3 ("Ironmen") and VQ-4 ("Shadows").

The aircraft is based at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, with forward operating locations at Travis Air Force Base, California; Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska; and Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland.

The E-6B is a derivative of the Boeing 707 commercial aircraft.

The E-6B is a large, high-tech aircraft with a crew of 22.

It can transmit and receive secure and non-secure voice and data information across a wide frequency spectrum.”

Maybe I am wrong and it will be flying again. I noticed several weeks ago that it was not flying, and this really amazed me. Days and days passed and I did not see it. If another week goes by and I do not see it, then it is almost a certainty that it has been grounded. We no longer need it. Because of me – and because Donald Trump is doing what I say. I do not like what he is doing with Israel – promoting them and their ethnic cleansing of Palestine – and I do not like his stupid tariffs protocol. But overall I know that he will mostly do what I say.

How often would the E-6B Mercury fly? Pretty much all the time. It was almost always in flight. Its mission: present the head of state and his Pentagon decision-makers a safe place from which to command the nuclear forces. During the crazy and senile Biden administration the E-6B was always in the air, sometimes there were 2 up in the air at the same time, although this was relatively rare.

Yes, Donald Trump is playing a role in this. But it is frankly a minor role. It is funny, yes. It is even hilarious. My father is a graduate of the US Naval Academy, class of 1953. So our name is a familiar one in the Pentagon. He retired in the USAF Reserves with the rank of brigadier general.

We shall see if the E-6B flies again. I am writing this article because I am thinking that this period of history is behind us.

[June 27, 2025: Amazing! I wake up this morning, the morning after publishing this article, and I see the E-6B Mercury in the air, having lifted off from Offutt Air Force Base just outside Omaha, Nebraska. I had not seen a flight in weeks and now right after my article I see a flight. Did the Pentagon send this one aloft because of my article? Seems possible. If this is true, then there is considerable pressure in Washington to sabotage my plans/diplomacy. Hilarious. I have to admit that I did not expect this. The E-6B had been absent for many weeks. It had gotten to the point where I did not bother looking for it, since it had been absent for so long. We will see if this continues.]

[June 27, 2025: It is 6:30pm and I see a E-6B Mercury has just taken off from Tinker Air Force Base just outside Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. So it is back to the old schedule. We'll see if tomorrow this holds true, that a E-6B is aloft. This is very funny, actually hilarious. There is no reason for these aircraft to be in the air. "Peace is breaking out, world peace." Because of my diplomacy and influence and power. The "military industrial comp;lex" is struggling to stay alive, but it will be not make it. Peace is breaking out.]  

[June 28, 2025: It is 8:40am and the E-6B Mercury has just taken off from Tinker Air Force Base just outside Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Flying west. Again, this is very interesting. I repeat, I did not see it for several weeks, now since my article it is up in the air at the regular schedule. We will see if it heading out to Travis Air Force Base.]
